As a managed service provider (MSP), our company provides outsourced IT support to many organisations. We partnered with Microw to offer our clients dynamic, engaging video content as part of our managed services. The learning platform has been very well received; clients love the wide range of high-quality courses which are easy to follow and don't take hours to sit through. Courses are kept up to date as technologies change and even advanced users benefit from content such as Microsoft Copilot.

On starting our new consultancy arm, we were looking for an online platform to offer our clients after their sessions with us. The way we learn has changed massively since the digital transformation. Humans tend to forget new knowledge unless they use it. Microw helps to square the circle by allowing users to drop in and out of resources and by providing bite-sized, well-focused, short videos. Our colleagues have really benefitted from the Microsoft Excel courses – which I personally find extremely helpful. We are in the process of an organisational change from Webex to Microsoft Teams, and guess what… Mi Crow has all the basic user guides in place, well curated, and easily accessed via single sign-in. This has helped to lessen the load on our L&D team during the transition. Thank you team Microw!
